Overview

StageSubtitles.com sells access to managed live translation minutes and related relay features. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, amount used, and the reason for the request.

Unused prepaid minutes

If you purchased prepaid minutes and have not used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase unless a custom agreement states otherwise.

Used minutes and event services

Minutes already consumed during active live sessions are generally not refundable. If a service failure caused by StageSubtitles.com prevented normal use, contact support and we will review the session records.

How to request a refund

Email support@stagesubtitles.com with the account email, transaction reference, and reason for the refund request.
