Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, login events, license status, payment identifiers, session metadata, and usage records. During a live session, the service may process speech audio, source text, translated captions, and generated audio.

Google sign-in data

When you sign in with Google through Supabase Auth, StageSubtitles.com receives the Google account identifiers needed for login, including your email address and basic profile information made available by Google. We use this data only to create and secure your StageSubtitles.com account, connect purchases and license minutes to that account, and provide support. StageSubtitles.com does not use Google Workspace APIs to read Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Workspace content, and does not use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide live translation, enforce license limits, process billing, troubleshoot service issues, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We may share data with service providers that support speech translation, language processing, text-to-speech, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

Retention

Usage and billing records are retained as needed for accounting, security, and service operations. Live content logs are kept only when enabled for troubleshooting or session reporting.
